Administration and Account

The Administration and Account division is managed by the Manager Administration and Finance.

Functions of the Administration and Finance Division

Deal with staff matters and Human Resource Development;
Analysis of TAK’s financial operations and evaluation of its performance;
Analysis of Licensee’s annual report and economic analysis of sector’s performance;
Review of annual financial reporting system and format both for the organisation and the Licensees;
Preparation of TAK’s annual budget and monthly financial report;
Preparation and review of the telecommunications and ICT costing model used in setting and bench-marking the national telecommunications and ICT tariff;
Preparation and review of the interconnection rates.
